3. Coding Competition Rules

• Submissions must be original and created for the specific competition.
• Plagiarism or any form of cheating is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification.
• Users must not attempt to breach the secured evaluation environment.
• AI assistance in coding is permitted only where explicitly stated by the organizer.

4. Intellectual Property

While you retain ownership of your submissions, by submitting to a competition on Zyqo, you grant the organizers and evaluators a non-exclusive right to review, evaluate, and provide feedback on your code as part of the competition workflow.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our platform immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the platform.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new terms on this page.
